I met Meredith Baxter at the Women's Expo in Duluth, Georgia and she was absolutely lovely. I was so proud to meet her and tell her how much I enjoyed her acting. She signed an autograph for me and I bought her wonderful skin products. She has a lovely smile. Now I am back in New Zealand I would love her to be our sponsor and patron as we struggle to raise funds to open our local theatre again that has been closed for 20 years but is in original condition. We need her and she would love Winton, New Zealand. We would name the theatre after her. So, if Shania Twain can buy property in NZ so could lovely Meredith. Come and see Winton, New Zealand and help us get your very own theatre up and running. It would be a holiday and a retreat for Meredith Baxter. Margaret | ||

| I met her recently at the Southern Women's Show in Orlando, FL. I had mixed feelings about her. She rarely smiled and looked very tired, but I attributed that to jet lag. She was accessible to "ordinary" people, but I felt she would have preferred to be elsewhere. Perhaps a mid-day nap should have been included in her schedule. I always look forward to seeing her acting performances. I'm not so sure I'd appreciate her as a neighbor, however. | ||
